Loading the CharmCard

Stored Value - Stored Value is the amount of cash you have loaded on your card.

1-Day Pass - Valid for one calendar day until 3 a.m. of the next day. The pass is activated when you first tap your card.

7-Day Pass - Valid for seven consecutive days from the first day you tap your card.

31-Day Pass - Valid for 31 consecutive days from the first day you tap your card.

Where to Purchase Fares
Stored Value - Can be purchased at TVMs, Bus Fareboxes, and On-line
1-Day Pass – Can be purchased TVMs and Bus Fareboxes (Cannot be purchased on-line)
7-Day Pass – Can be purchased at TVMs and On-line
31-Day Pass – Can be loaded at TVMs and On-Line
Note: On-line purchases can be picked-up at TVMs, Bus Fareboxes, and Metro Faregates. Be aware, it may take up to three business days for your product to be available for pick-up.
